Frank Jackson is easily the best player to come out of Utah in a long time. He was a highly-touted recruit to many of the local collegiate basketball programs.

On Tuesday, Jackson opted to pledge his commitment to Duke after a visit.

The Lone Peak High product selected the Blue Devils over, BYU, Utah and Stanford.

Jackson is an athletic shooting guard, who can also play on the ball. This travel season he suited up for the Utah Prospects and averaged 24 points a game on the Adidas Gauntlet Circuit. He brings a calm but aggressive demeanor onto the court.

Dubbed the American Gangster during Under Armour’s Eite 24 game, Jackson showed a lot of his game and surprised many with a 360-dunk. He is relentless and will bring that to the Durham campus.

Jackson initially committed to BYU as a freshman in high school but opened up his recruitment. He joins Jayson Tatum as the second player to commit to Duke in the class of 2016.
