By Robert Alfonso Jr.

Orlando, FL – The annual NBPA Top 100 Camp, sponsored by the NBAPA, brings together the best players from around the country to opened ESPN Wide World of Sports on Disney’s campus for a week.

This event takes players through a number of workshops, seminars, and skill stations to help them prepare fore the future. College coaches get a chance to see players compete against quality competition.

Here is a list of players who made strides throughout the weeklong camp.

Peach State prospects showed out

The state of Georgia has become a hotbed for basketball in the Southeast. It players continue to develop and make their mark on the national stage. Six players represented the Peach State in style.

Stephon Castle | 2023 | Newton | entered camp as a U18 Gold medalist. He got into a grove later in the week through team play. The University of Connecticut commit played within himself through the early parts of the week. He made decisions to create winning plays for his team in front of the Huskies head coach Danny Hurley and assistant Kimani Young. When Castle got into a groove he punished the rim with a few dunks while mixing in some jumpers. He is a big guard who makes big plays.

Castle’s teammate was Peyton Marshall | 2024 | Kell | easily one of the more improved players in the state. The 7-footer established himself on the defensive end rebounding and blocking shots. He was taking up space with his size and length. This allowed him to alter shots and pull down rebounds, at times outside of his area. Marshall averaged 7.2 points per game for the entire week. College programs are tracking his growth.

Arrinten Page | 2023 | Wheeler | had the highest offensive average and output of all the Georgia representatives. The 6-foot-9 forward averaged 9.3 points per game. His most impressive performance was 16 points and five rebounds. This is where he went deep into his offensive arsenal and established himself. Page’s recruitment will continue to heat up after putting performances like this together.

One of the more athletic players in camp was Cohen Carr | 2023 | Legacy Charter. Every possession or drive to the rim had a chance for an impressive finish. Then there were a sequence of plays where the things Carr did were eye-popping. The 6-foot-7 forward will always attract attention based on his God-given athleticism.

Aiden Sherrell | 2024 | Wasatch Academy | spent the high school basketball season in Utah after transferring from Norcross. His game has made some vast improvements. He was aggressive on both ends of the floor. As more college coaches see his development continue will increase interest.

Bryson Tiller | 2025 | Pace Academy | is a prospect on the rise. His performance during the entire week was decent for a young man who was competing talented players. His offensive bag is maturing and it’s as on display in spurt throughout the week. He is the top player in the class in Georgia and will certainly be in the conversation for those same accolades nationally.

Players with NBA parents creating their own path

LeBron James Jr. | 2023 | Sierra Canyon | is a good looking well built floor general. He makes good decisions off the pick-and-roll looks for the open player. Solid defender. His jumper is fluid, despite not getting many to fall. He is a solid on ball defender. James plays with unwarranted expectations on his shoulders due to his name. The ability to handle the expectations is impressive. LeBron James’ oldest son will never live up to the success created but will certainly carve out his own path.

Cameron Boozer | 2025 | Christopher Columbus | showed glimpses of carrying the family name to the next level. The 6-foot-8 forward displayed offensive skills inside and outside of the paint. He made shots off either shoulder and looked more polished than many players in his class. His body is developed more than players his age. Look for his recruitment to shoot up immediately.

Cayden Boozer | 2025 | Christopher Columbus | is a combo guard who compliments other players around him. This 6-foot-4 guard is an uptempo performer with a great motor. His ability it to see the floor was impeccable for a player committed to playing downhill. He is knocks down the open jumper with every chance.

Their father Carlos Boozer, who was in attendance all week, was a solid collegiate and NBA player. The twins are making waves and the elder Boozer is just enjoying their success.

Stock Risers

Isaiah Miranda | 2023 | Commonwealth Academy | knocked down a big shot late in an early game showing his willingness to take the responsibility of winning on his shoulders. It showed the ability to extend floor too. The skills shown by the 6-foot-10 Rhode Island native is why many of the top programs in the country are recruiting him.

Assane Diop | 2023 | Accelerated School | is a throwback level player. He blocks shots, grabs rebounds, and is always looking to acknowledge teammates. The Colorado native has an excellent motor who runs the floor with purpose. There is nothing flashy about his game he is all about the results on the left hand side of the standings. His best basketball is ahead of him.

Flory Bidunga | 2024 | Kokomo | was easily the name everyone in attendance was buzzing about all weekend. The 6-foot-10 center was active on both ends of the floor. He finished at the rim and made impactful plays. His ability to alter or block shots made it difficult for all opponents getting to the rim.

JP Estrella | 2023 | Brewster Academy | is a highly skilled wing who can extend the floor and play inside. Good body control. Strong positioning. Showed off some old school baby hooks and positioning

Mouhamed Dioubate | 2023 | Putnam Science Academy | is never going to stop play so opponents need to tighten up their sneakers. He will make them work. Always active around the rim. Lefty. Love him and all he does.

Brandon Garrison | 2023 | Del City | was impressive in the second-half. He scored off both shoulders on the inside with either hand. His ability to be a menace on both ends of the floor makes him a tough matchup. The 6-foot-6 Oklahoma native is a elite rebounder. His rebound late in the game helped his Miami team take a lead.
